This role is designed for a systems-centric HR professional who has moved beyond traditional HRBP work and into the technical "plumbing" of talent management. You should have at least 6 years of experience, with a heavy focus on the intersection of People Operations and HR technology. The ideal candidate is someone who views performance management not just as a philosophy, but as a series of integrated workflows that need to be automated and scaled.
Compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $119k to $190k, plus RSUs and bonuses.
