The position offers a highly competitive total cash compensation package (base plus bonus) ranging from $126,000 to $157,000. It is a fully remote role within a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to mental health care. The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist should be comfortable using data to manage a team of recruiters, carrying a req load, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $97,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $126,000 and $147,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-REMOTE
