This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional with 7–10 years of experience who bridges the gap between traditional talent development and modern technology. The ideal candidate has a deep background in the full talent lifecycle—from onboarding and performance management to succession planning—and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with AI-powered HR tools to automate and personalize the employee experience.
Based in St. Louis with a hybrid schedule, this position focuses on high-impact strategic work rather than just administrative HR. You will have the opportunity to own the "New Hire Experience" and drive a culture of continuous learning for over 1,500 professionals. A standout feature of this role is the explicit focus on AI innovation, allowing you to lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge analytics and automation within the People function.
