This role is designed for independently licensed (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or junior-licensed (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT) clinicians based in Arizona. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with patients across the lifespan—from children to adults—and has a strong background in group therapy. You should be well-versed in modalities like CBT, DBT, or EMDR and feel confident navigating virtual care environments. The position offers significant flexibility, with options for either full-time W2 employment or contract (1099) work requiring at least 12 hours per week. A major highlight is the administrative support; the company handles all scheduling, billing, and insurance, and even provides an AI-powered virtual scribe to streamline clinical documentation.
