This role is designed for independently licensed mental health clinicians (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) who are passionate about virtual high-acuity care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with diverse age groups—from children to adults—and has a strong background in facilitating group therapy sessions. Since this is a telehealth-focused position, you should be tech-savvy and ready to engage clients creatively via video. The position offers significant flexibility, with both 1099 (contract) and W2 (full-time) tracks available. A standout feature is the administrative support; an operations team handles all billing, scheduling, and insurance, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical work.
