This role is ideal for mid-level mental health clinicians (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or LMSW) who are passionate about virtual group therapy. It is specifically directed at Iowa-licensed professionals (or those eligible for reciprocity) who are comfortable working with a diverse age range, including teens and young adults, and are well-versed in modalities like CBT and DBT. The position offers high flexibility with both full-time (W2) and contract (1099) options. A major highlight is the administrative support; an operations team handles all billing, scheduling, and insurance, while AI-powered tools assist with clinical documentation.
