The ideal candidate is comfortable working with youth and young adults, adept at group therapy, and proficient in evidence-based modalities like DBT, CBT, or EMDR. Since it is a 100% remote position, you must be tech-savvy and comfortable engaging clients over video. The position offers significant flexibility with both W2 (full-time) and 1099 (contract, 12+ hours) tracks available. To reduce burnout, the company provides AI-powered documentation tools to handle clinical notes and a dedicated administrative team to manage billing and scheduling.
