This role is designed for New York-licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or SUD specialists) who are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity virtual environment. It is ideal for clinicians who enjoy group therapy and are proficient in evidence-based modalities like DBT and CBT, specifically focusing on teens and young adults. The position offers significant flexibility with both 1099 (contract) and W2 (full-time) options available. A major standout is the administrative support; the company provides an AI-powered virtual scribe for documentation and a dedicated operations team to handle billing, insurance, and scheduling.
