This role is designed for independently licensed mental health professionals (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) who are passionate about high-acuity virtual care. It is ideal for mid-level clinicians who enjoy a mix of group and individual therapy and are comfortable navigating a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Since the role involves working with youth and young adults, you should be well-versed in modalities like DBT, CBT, or EMDR and have a strong relational approach. You have the choice between a flexible 1099 contract (minimum 12 hours) or a full-time W2 position with a comprehensive benefits package. A major highlight is the administrative relief provided; an operations team handles scheduling, billing, and insurance, while an AI-powered scribe assists with clinical documentation.
