The Psych RN will partner closely with Charlie Health's Nurse Practitioners, Medical Directors, Chief Clinical Officer, and the Care Delivery team to assure the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Acts as triage for client communications related to psychiatric care addressing concerns regarding medications or questions as needed and escalating to Psych NPs and Medical Directors where clinically

• Participates in treatment team meetings

• Coordinates medication management with pharmacies and Charlie Health medical team, including assisting with prior authorizations

• Oversees flow of medical information/records related to psychiatric care, such as blood work results and triaging appropriately

• Assists Medical Directors and Psych Nurse Practitioners with patient-facing tasks as needed

• Report to Medical Director and perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to support the Charlie Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis; remote friendly

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• 3+ years experience working as a LPN in a behavioral health setting; IOP, PHP, and/or IP experience is preferred

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults

• Commitment to delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with medical staff, patients, clinical support and administrative staff

• Proficiency in use of electronic health records

• Requires computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook

The total target base compensation for this role will be around 75K per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
