This role is designed for a seasoned engineering leader with a deep technical background in the Linux ecosystem, specifically regarding hardware enablement and device delivery. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a hands-on technical role (likely involving Ubuntu or Debian) to a management position where they can mentor engineers while navigating the complexities of OEM and ODM relationships. A standout aspect of this position is its global impact—you will be responsible for bringing Ubuntu to millions of users via tier-1 hardware manufacturers.
