Job Description

Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Logistician II in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Saalex Corp., is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services. Position Type: _Contingent on Contract Award._

Salary: $85k-$115k (depending on experience)

The Logistician II supports the Navy by providing logistics and sustainment support for IT, network, and engineering systems across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. This role focuses on supply chain coordination, asset tracking, and lifecycle sustainment to ensure mission readiness.

Essential Functions:

• Manage logistics and sustainment activities including procurement coordination, inventory control, and asset lifecycle support. 
• Track and manage hardware, software, and equipment inventories using logistics or asset management systems. 
• Coordinate equipment shipments, receiving, storage, and distribution across CONUS and OCONUS locations. 
• Support technology refresh, repair, and replacement activities to maintain operational readiness. 
• Maintain logistics documentation including shipping records, inventory logs, and asset tracking reports. 
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and program logistics policies and procedures. 
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, and lifecycle management teams to support system sustainment. 
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting related to logistics and asset accountability.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with inventory management, asset tracking, or supply chain processes.
• Experience with logistics tools or systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, asset tracking systems).

Desired:

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy logistics operations.
• Familiarity with IT asset management or lifecycle sustainment processes.
• Experience supporting audits, reporting, or compliance tracking.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
