Work type: remote
Location: Remote-IA
Salary: $23 – $39/hr
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for health and human services professionals with a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience with vulnerable populations, or Registered Nurses (RNs) with substantial experience. You must be a resident of the Woodbury County, IA area, as the core of this position involves high-touch, face-to-face member advocacy and care planning.
The position offers a unique "field-remote" balance: while you work from home for administrative tasks, you will spend roughly 75% of your time traveling within the community to meet members. Centene provides a full benefits package including 401k, stock purchase options, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate to cover your travel costs.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Live in/near Woodbury County and enjoy being out in the field rather than behind a desk all day.
* Have experience navigating Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) or community resources like housing and foster care.
* Are comfortable conducting on-site assessments and coordinating between families, providers, and state agencies.
* Maintain a standard Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm availability.
