LTSS Service Care Manager - Behavioral Health at Centene

This role is designed for experienced Behavioral Health Professionals (LCSW, LPC) or Registered Nurses with a background in mental health. You should have a Master’s degree or an RN license and at least 2–4 years of experience managing complex cases involving major depression, bipolar disorder, or substance use. Because this is a field-based role, you must be comfortable traveling throughout the Grand Prairie/Irving area for in-person member assessments. The position offers a rare balance for healthcare professionals: a standard Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements.
