LTSS Service Care Manager - Behavioral Health (SED waiver) at Centene

This role is designed for experienced behavioral health professionals (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or Registered Nurses with a background in mental health. You should have a Master’s degree or nursing credentials and 2–4 years of experience managing complex cases like major depression, PTSD, or substance use disorders. It is ideal for those who enjoy field-based advocacy and hands-on care coordination rather than a traditional office setting. While the role is remote-based, it is a high-travel position requiring you to be in the field 50% of the time visiting members across Kansas.
