LTSS Service Care Manager - LCSW, LPC, or Psych RN at Centene

This role is ideal for experienced Behavioral Health Professionals (LCSW, LPC) or Registered Nurses with a background in mental health. You should have 2–4 years of experience, ideally within Medicaid, case management, or field-based social work. This is a "boots on the ground" position that requires a Master’s degree (for clinicians) and a passion for supporting high-risk populations with complex needs like bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use. The schedule offer excellent work-life balance: a standard Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm routine with no nights, weekends, or holidays. While the role is listed as remote/hybrid, it is heavily field-based, requiring frequent travel to Grand Prairie or Irving for in-person member assessments.
