You should have at least 5 years of experience translating complex data sets into actionable business stories and at least 3 years of experience managing high-touch client relationships. This is a "player-coach" style role that requires both sharp analytical thinking and the project management skills to lead an internal team. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $180,000 base plus potential stock and bonuses.
