You’ll be the primary People partner for the US, Canada, and Costa Rica regions, blending high-level strategy with hands-on operational execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of US employment law and a proven track record of coaching managers through complex team dynamics and organizational growth. Based in Bellevue, this is a **Work-from-Office** opportunity offering a salary of $100k - $120k.
