Ideal for a senior-level leader with 7-10 years in B2B SaaS account management or customer success, including 2-3 years managing a quota-carrying team, who has a proven ability to build and scale post-sales functions from the ground up.
This is the first Account Management leadership role at Haus, a remote-friendly company, offering USD $260,000 - $280,000 annually. You'll get to build the entire function, including processes and playbooks, and will be instrumental in driving customer retention and expansion.
* 7–10+ years of account management/customer success in B2B SaaS, with 2–3+ years managing a team.
* Experience building or scaling an Account Management/Customer Success function.
* Ability to engage credibly with marketing and data science stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen for structuring renewals and expansion conversations.
