A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degrees or AI/project management certifications being a plus. This full-time, hybrid role at Zendesk offers a strong earning potential with an On Target Earnings range of $160,000-$240,000 annually (70% base, 30% commission) in Austin, Texas. You'll lead a team focused on customer AI roadmaps and deliver measurable AI outcomes.
