This role is ideal for a high-energy sales leader with at least 4 years of management experience in the SaaS space. You should be comfortable in a high-velocity environment where you are expected to be a "player-coach," actively shadowing calls and driving enablement. Experience with consumption-based business models and a proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced startup setting are major advantages.
The compensation is highly competitive, with a Denver-based OTE ranging from $230k to $271k plus equity. While the role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the Denver office), the perks are substantial, including 100% medical coverage, a $25k fertility/adoption reimbursement, and a monthly wellness stipend.
