This role is designed for a performance-driven sales leader with a proven track record in "hunter" environments. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of management experience and effectively balances high-level forecasting with hands-on coaching. You should be comfortable leading a team of 6–8 Account Executives, driving them to hit multi-million dollar new logo ARR targets within the competitive EMEA commercial market.

* Have successfully managed Sales teams to achieve at least 80% quota attainment.
