You should have a background in FinTech, Trust & Safety, or QA, with specific experience building machine-readable content for conversational AI. This isn't just about writing copy; it’s about designing systems, logic flows, and API-driven automation to ensure AI agents act safely and accurately in a highly regulated financial environment.
