This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with a background in Content Operations, Customer Success, or Trust & Safety who has transition into the AI space. You should be comfortable not just writing, but designing the "logic" behind conversations—meaning you understand how to structure content for LLMs and how to integrate API calls to automate customer workflows. The position offers a salary of $122,000 - $135,000 for San Francisco-based candidates, along with equity and unlimited PTO. As part of a growth-stage Fintech company, you’ll have a high-impact seat at the table, directly influencing the efficiency of the AI support system and overall CSAT scores.
