This role is designed for an experienced Customer Success leader with a strong background in the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience managing customer accounts and 3+ years in a formal leadership capacity. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where you act as both a strategic advisor to your team and a key player in driving regional growth across EMEA.
