Manager, Engineering Intelligence & Analytics at five9

This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior data professional who bridges the gap between raw engineering metrics and executive strategy. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience and is comfortable moving between advanced SQL/Python data engineering and presenting "big picture" narratives to C-suite executives. You should have deep expertise in building enterprise-grade BI platforms (specifically Looker) and a background in engineering operations or software delivery. This is a fully remote position based in India, offering the chance to own an entire function for a global cloud software leader. You won’t just be building dashboards; you’ll be architecting a real-time intelligence platform that oversees a $100M+ investment portfolio.
