This role is designed for an experienced sales leader who has personal experience in the SDR "trenches" and at least 2 years of management experience. You should be someone who enjoys the high-energy environment of outbound sales, specifically cold-calling and multi-channel prospecting, and has a proven ability to mentor a team to hit pipeline targets.
