This role is designed for a seasoned B2B sales leader with 5–8 years of experience, specifically within the SaaS or tech sectors. You possess a track record of managing teams and are ready to lead a 12-person "incubation" hub in Prague. You should be comfortable with a high-growth environment where you'll blend tactical coaching and pipeline management with the strategic scaling of new sales motions.
A major highlight is the unique shift (11:00–19:30 CET), which allows for direct collaboration with both EMEA and US markets.
