Manager, Internal AI Enablement & Agentic Systems at Hubspot

This is a senior builder-leader role for a technical manager who bridges the gap between complex business workflows and frontier AI technology. You are likely an experienced Business Systems leader or a hybrid Product/Ops professional who has moved beyond theoretical AI interest and into the practical implementation of agents and automations. You should be comfortable leading a team of technical analysts while remaining hands-on enough to prototype your own solutions using low-code tools.
