Greenhouse is seeking a Manager of Product Operations to design and run the operating system for our R&D organization. This hands-on role is a strategic partner to the CPO and CTO. In this AI‑forward role you will modernize how we build products, driving the R&D operating rhythm, executive communications, and driving alignment across the Engineering, Product, and Design leadership.

In this AI‑forward role, you will ensure efficiency across the Product Lifecycle (PDLC), manage and coach R&D teams on key product tools, and provide essential data and enablement support to the Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams, ensuring predictable execution, internal clarity and high-quality outcomes.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
