The team is looking for a data-driven mentor who has at least 4 years of experience exceeding quotas and a genuine passion for coaching junior talent. If you have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and enjoy optimizing inbound and outbound pipelines, you’ll thrive here. As the Manager, Sales Development, you’ll lead a group of Sales Professionals who stand as the front line of our well-established Sales Organization. The LDR and BDR teams are directly responsible for a very large piece of Five9’s Revenue - we’re looking for someone who can dive headfirst into this incredible role and help us continue our exponential revenue growth.

Work Location: This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office is required.
