This role is designed for an experienced sales leader with a background in complex enterprise software. The ideal candidate has spent at least two years as a high-performing individual contributor (closing deals) and another two years managing teams. You should have a proven track record of hiring and coaching junior talent, as this position specifically focuses on grooming Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to become the next generation of Account Executives.
The position offers a base salary of $110,000 in a hybrid Austin-based model.
