This role is designed for a seasoned leader with a deep background in pre-sales and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of total experience—half in management and half as an individual contributor. Because this supports the Strategic Western US team, you’ll need a sophisticated blend of technical expertise in Identity Governance and the "consultant" mindset required to navigate complex, enterprise-level sales cycles. The compensation package is highly competitive, offering up to $220k base plus potential bonuses, commissions, and equity. While the role is remote, it is specifically tied to the Western US (CA, WA, AZ, CO).
