This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with 1–3 years of direct SDR management experience within the SaaS space. You should be a "player-coach" who thrives on developing talent, optimizing outbound prospecting cadences, and managing a tech stack that includes Salesforce and Salesloft. Since this is a senior-level position overseeing multiple business units, you’ll need a strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data for executive leadership.
**Key highlights**
The position offers a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $100k - $135k, which includes a base salary and commission. It features a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office) based in the vibrant Buckhead area of Atlanta. You’ll have the unique opportunity to lead a centralized program that supports a diverse portfolio of software companies, offering significant visibility and impact across the organization.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have a proven track record of leading SDR teams to meet or exceed SAO and pipeline targets.
* Are proficient in Salesloft/Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Enjoy mentoring junior reps and building standardized sales processes from the ground up.
* Can commute to the Buckhead office three days a week.
