This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned Solutions Engineering professional with at least 5 years of management experience. You’ll be the technical architect behind the AMER Enterprise sales engine, leading a team of SEs to win Fortune 500 accounts. The ideal candidate has deep experience in complex SaaS sales cycles and understands the technical nitty-gritty of enterprise security, APIs, and integrations. The compensation is highly competitive ($265k–$310k OTE) and offers a seat at the table during a massive AI-driven expansion. # About the Role:
As we scale our enterprise presence across the Americas, we're seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise technical sales motion in AMER. You'll partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to qualify and advance complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities with Fortune 500 and large-scale organizations evaluating Notion as a strategic platform. This includes enterprise-grade integrations, global deployments, and rigorous security, compliance, and governance requirements. This role is pivotal to driving technical wins and measurable impact on pipeline and expansion across the region's largest accounts.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $265,000 - $310,000 per year.
