Position Summary:
The Manager, of Solutions Engineering position (MSE) is a technical sales leadership role, responsible for leading a Solutions Engineering team across North America. The MSE is tasked with enabling greater productivity among all the Solutions Engineers in his/her team. They are aligned to a business segment and support our sales and technology teams in achieving the sales goals (quota).
They bring technical capabilities and business acumen to guide their teams on the most effective approach to better enabling their SE team in driving customer success into their assigned territories.
