This role is ideal for a senior workforce management professional with at least 6 years of experience, specifically within a high-growth startup or tech environment. You should be a data-driven problem solver who is highly proficient in SQL and Zendesk, capable of managing complex capacity planning and BPO partner scheduling for a Trust & Risk organization. The compensation is competitive ($140k–$160k) with robust benefits, including a 4% 401k match, family planning allowances, and a monthly budget to "dogfood" the platform as a buyer and seller. We are looking for a Workforce Manager to lead capacity planning, scheduling, and reporting for our Trust & Risk organization. You have experience forecasting contact volume and determining headcount requirements and schedules accordingly. You are customer-centric and you constantly make decisions using data. You also have experience working cross-functionally with product teams to understand what staffing requirements should look like when new policies or features are launching on the platform.
