Manager, Workforce Operations at whatnot

This role is ideal for a senior workforce management professional with at least 6 years of experience, specifically within high-growth startups or fast-paced tech environments. You should be a data-driven strategist who can handle the complexities of capacity planning and real-time scheduling for Trust & Risk teams. Proficiency in SQL is a must, as is hands-on experience managing BPO partners and using Zendesk.
