You should have at least 3 years of experience and be comfortable both analyzing large datasets for business value and negotiating complex contracts with external partners. It is a "bridge" role that connects technical data capabilities with commercial strategy. The most striking feature of this position is the massive salary range ($80k–$200k), reflecting the flexibility to hire at either a Manager or Senior Manager level. Compass is a suite of patient, prescriber, and national data products, and Crossix helps marketers maximize the impact of their media investments. You will be central to these strategic relationships, managing communication, projects, and the ultimate success of new and existing data.

Your primary responsibility will be managing and growing strategic relationships with data partners. You will utilize Veeva's industry-leading data acquisition principles and capabilities to evaluate partners that will enhance and augment Veeva's best-in-class data asset. You will be a data expert and thought leader who understands the data environment, continually assesses the needs of the business, and drives recommendations on strategy and investment.
