# Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain or exceed welding production standards as established.
2. Maintain accurate records on labor efficiency and waste.
3. Monitor welding quality and take corrective action to meet specifications.
4. Train new operators and provide ongoing training to existing operators.
5. Interact regularly with Supervisor to resolve any production related issues.
6. Fill in for absent Supervisors as required.
7. Comply with all applicable FDA regulations (GMP, GDP), ISO requirements, SOPs, and other regulatory requirements.
8. Satisfy TUV audit
9. Assist with maintenance and repairs to equipment used in manufacturing.
10. Communicate effectively with peers and management.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must have thorough knowledge of welding manufacturing processes and procedures.
2. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
3. Ability to read/write English documents.
4. Good communication skills
5. Strong mechanical background and problem-solving skills.
6. International welding engineer certification
