Job Description

We help the world Be Everyday Ready™

Today’s threatscape is relentless. So are we. At Cyderes, we specialize in building practical IAM, exposure management, and risk programs, and stopping active threats fast with MDR that works with your existing security tools — all augmented by AI and driven by seasoned operators. Our tireless global team is laser-focused on cybersecurity, arming organizations with the people, platforms, and perspectives they need to conquer whatever tomorrow throws their way.

We’re looking for a Marketing Performance Manager to help design and optimize the systems, data infrastructure, and workflows that drive our marketing performance. This is a hybrid role—part strategist, part analyst, part architect. You’ll bring clarity to chaos, build scalable processes, and ensure the marketing engine runs predictably and efficiently. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, SDR, Finance, and IT to improve campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and tech stack utilization. Whether you’re auditing a lead routing flow or aligning funnel metrics with Finance, you’ll bring precision, speed, and collaboration to everything you touch.

## Responsibilities
· Oversee the marketing tech stack integrations (HubSpot, Outreach, Sendoso, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.) ensuring it’s connected, clean, and high performing

· Optimize lead flow processes including routing, scoring, attribution, and lifecycle stages

· Create reporting dashboards that track performance, pipeline contribution, funnel conversion metrics and ROI

· Partner with Marketing Leadership to drive performance optimization, uncover data and process gaps, and inform high-impact strategic initiatives

· Prepare executive level updates, CMO briefings, board materials, and reporting to provide clear visibility into marketing performance and impact

· Improve database quality and segmentation to support personalization and targeting

· Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development and Marketing to align on definitions, handoffs, and shared KPIs

· Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to eliminate them

· Build playbooks and process documentation that scale with our growth

· Support campaign execution with tracking, testing, and measurement frameworks

## Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a B2B environment

· Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot; certifications preferred

· Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, 6sense, PowerBI, Orum & RingLead

· Deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics and performance levers

· Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

· A bias for action and a builder’s mentality—comfortable operating independently

· Clear communicator and systems thinker who can make complexity simple
