The position offers a competitive target total cash compensation of up to $97,000 (including bonuses) and exposure to high-level strategy through partnerships with Growth and Commercial teams. ### About the Role

The Medicaid Compliance Analyst promotes and enforces compliance with all Medicaid regulations in current states of practice. This individual will work cross-functionally and serve as a subject matter expert for all Medicaid contracts and agreements, ensuring that Charlie Health can effectively deliver care to clients with Medicaid plans.

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $75,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $79,000 and $97,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
