This role is designed for a senior physician with an active medical license in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine who wants to transition into or maintain a footprint in the clinical trial industry. It is ideal for a clinician who already has experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) and understands the regulatory landscape of CROs or biotech. What makes this position unique is the flexible, part-time commitment of approximately one day per week. Unlike many medical leadership roles that require a full-time transition away from clinical practice, this allows you to remain active in research or patient care while providing high-level medical monitoring and protocol development for a fast-growing health-tech company. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are a qualified physician with an active license and PI experience. * Have a strong grasp of ICH-GCP guidelines and UK/MHRA regulatory requirements. * Can commit to one day per week and participate in an on-call rota. * Want to work across diverse therapeutic areas like oncology, diabetes, and dermatology.

We're looking for an experienced physician to join Lindus Health in a senior, flexible capacity supporting our UK operations. This is a compelling opportunity for a seasoned clinician with industry experience who wants to contribute meaningful medical leadership alongside their existing practice or research commitments.
This is a part-time role (approximately 1 day per week) that sits at the heart of our Medical function. You'll take on substantive responsibility across medical monitoring, investigator work, sponsor liaison, and protocol development – contributing directly to live trials across a diverse range of therapeutic areas.
This role is ideally suited to a senior doctor or clinical researcher who wants high-impact, flexible work that complements their primary career, without the constraints of a full-time position.
