This role is designed for a finance professional with 4–10 years of experience who bridges the gap between traditional banking and the crypto landscape. It is ideal for someone coming from asset management, capital markets, or wealth management who understands the rigorous regulatory and compliance hurdles large institutions face. You should be a "hybrid" talent—someone who can handle high-level strategic research and data analysis while also confidently engaging in client-facing deal cycles. The most compelling aspect of this position is the chance to work for the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., placing you at the forefront of financial innovation. While this is a Sales/Growth role, it is deeply cross-functional and technical; you’ll collaborate with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to build infrastructure for the world's largest financial firms. This is a fully remote U.S. position within a high-growth, Series D company backed by major players like Goldman Sachs and Visa. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a deep understanding of traditional financial services but are "crypto-native" at heart. * Are comfortable with technical data analysis (bonus points for SQL, Python, or R) and creating high-stakes client presentations. * Possess the stamina to navigate the complex, often ambiguous sales cycles inherent to institutional finance. * Can manage cross-functional projects that involve aligning stakeholders from Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
