This role is ideal for a highly organized event professional who enjoys the intersection of finance, technology, and high-touch hospitality. While listed as entry-level, the expectations lean toward someone with a proven track record in end-to-end event execution—from managing logistics for large industry conferences to curating intimate executive dinners. If you are a project management "pro" who can navigate the complexities of the institutional crypto world, you'll thrive here. The position offers the flexibility of being **fully remote** within the U.S. while providing high-level exposure to executive leadership and sales teams. A standout feature of this role is the balance between creative experience-building and rigorous data analysis, as you’ll be responsible for proving the ROI of every event through pipeline impact. Plus, if you have a sense of humor and an appreciation for financial history (or musical theater), you'll fit right into the culture. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have hands-on experience sourcing venues, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing event budgets. * Are comfortable juggling multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. * Possess strong operational knowledge of trade shows, including booth logistics and sponsorship fulfillment. * Are data-driven and enjoy using tools like Salesforce to track how events contribute to business growth.
We are looking for a strategic, highly organized, and creative events team member to join and help to execute our global event strategy. You’ll assist the event marketing team on end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences, executive dinners, hosted experiences, and bespoke institutional events that drive pipeline and foster relationships within key target markets on behalf of the most trusted company in institutional crypto.
