You should be a "power user" of HRIS systems like Workday or Dayforce and possess a deep understanding of compliance frameworks like FMLA, ERISA, and international statutory leave requirements. As a mid-level individual contributor, you will have significant autonomy to design and implement programs that directly impact employee well-being at a high-growth, remote-first unicorn.
