Summary

This role is designed for an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience specifically within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) space. You should have a deep background in building AML, KYC, and fraud detection systems for regulated financial services or exchanges. The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate the complex intersection of federal banking regulations and the fast-moving world of digital assets. This is a **fully remote** position within a high-growth, Series D crypto firm that holds a federal bank charter. You will have significant ownership over the product roadmap, working directly with engineering and design to balance complex regulatory requirements with a seamless user experience. It’s a high-impact opportunity to influence the security infrastructure of a $3 billion institutional platform. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 5+ years of PM experience at a regulated financial institution or crypto exchange. * Expertly understand AML, KYC, and Sanctions regulations and how to translate them into technical controls. * Are a strong cross-functional leader who can manage complex dependencies and communicate architectural needs to engineers. * Have a personal interest in blockchain (bonus points for building dApps or smart contracts).

You will manage the the entire product development lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance (AML/KYC/Sanctions) while balancing customer experience and risk mitigation. You will analyze regulations, develop appropriate controls, and oversee performance metrics for compliance systems.
