Work type: remote
Location: United States
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a project-management-minded professional with deep experience in the mechanics of a trading business. You are likely a mid-level candidate who understands how front-office sales and trading activities intersect with back-office functions like compliance, risk, and settlements. The ideal candidate isn't just a coordinator; they are a problem-solver who can dissect technical and regulatory requirements to build sustainable operational models for a fast-growing crypto bank. As a remote-first position within a high-growth Series D fintech, this role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of "institutionalizing" crypto, helping the company navigate complex regulatory landscapes—such as potential CFTC licensure—and launching large-scale global markets products. The culture is collaborative and mission-driven, even offering a nod to those who appreciate the historical gravity of building new financial systems. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have experience working in or alongside trading businesses and understand the regulatory frameworks that govern them. * Can break down massive, ambiguous projects (like launching a new legal entity) into actionable workstreams across legal, finance, and engineering. * Are skilled at identifying hidden dependencies and "pushing back" on stakeholders to ensure long-term operational safety. * Enjoy documentation and process design as much as high-level strategy.
