This is a high-impact leadership role for a veteran of the traditional financial sector who has transitioned into the digital asset space. The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience in institutional sales, specifically within Foreign Exchange (FX), correspondent banking, or cross-border payments. You should have a robust network of C-suite contacts at major banks and enterprises across the Middle East or Africa and a sophisticated understanding of how stablecoins can modernize treasury and settlement operations. As the MEA Regional Lead, you will be the driving force behind the company's expansion into one of the world’s fastest-growing crypto hubs. This is a fully remote, senior-level position focused on hunting and closing landmark commercial agreements rather than just managing existing accounts. We are seeking a senior business development leader to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions within the Middle East and/or Africa, focusing on originating strategic partnerships with leading banks and enterprises. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX), institutional lending, or correspondent banking to demonstrate how our platform can revolutionize treasury operations, FX settlement, and inter-bank transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire deal lifecycle, cultivating C-level relationships and structuring complex commercial agreements, while serving as a trusted advisor on digital asset implementation. Crucially, you will act as the primary driver of our stablecoin business regional growth, gathering critical market intelligence to directly inform our global product roadmap and leveraging your extensive network within this region's financial sector to close landmark deals.
