Location: United States
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a mid-level backend engineer who thrives on building "infrastructure for developers." You are the ideal candidate if you enjoy creating shared libraries, improving application observability, and standardizing code across an entire organization rather than just building customer-facing features. Expert-level proficiency in **Golang** is a must, as you will be acting as a force multiplier for the rest of the engineering team. As part of a high-growth crypto unicorn backed by top-tier VCs like Andreessen Horowitz, you’ll be working at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. The position offers the flexibility of a **fully remote** arrangement within the U.S. and provides a unique opportunity to influence the technical direction of a federally chartered digital asset bank. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have deep experience writing production-grade code in Golang. * Are obsessed with internal tooling, observability (metrics, logs, tracing), and reducing technical debt. * Enjoy collaborating across different teams to establish engineering standards and shared resources. * Have a background in or interest in high-security cloud environments (GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code.
